About TaaSMaster
TaaSMaster analyzes the structural forces reshaping the global automotive industry. The focus is on what those forces mean for executives and investors navigating the transition from legacy automotive to software-defined, electrified mobility.
The publication covers EV architecture economics, software-defined vehicle strategy, capital allocation, and competitive power shifts across the global OEM landscape. The editorial position is independent: pro-logic, not pro-EV or anti-legacy.
TaaSMaster is read by C-suite executives, institutional investors, and senior decision-makers across the automotive and mobility sectors.
About Randall McAdory
I've spent nearly four decades inside the automotive industry, across roles that most analysts never occupy simultaneously: manufacturing, brand marketing, business intelligence, and digital media strategy.
I started on the manufacturing floor. I moved through brand marketing and business intelligence inside a major global OEM. Then I spent more than a decade on the digital and media side, leading automotive revenue strategy at AOL, Hachette's Jumpstart Automotive Group, Korrelate (acquired by JD Power), and Pandora.
Those later roles required me to build and execute strategy across virtually every major automaker. Not one OEM. All of them. Understanding what each company was investing in, where they were placing bets, and what their leadership actually believed about the future of the industry was the job.
That cross-industry vantage point is what TaaSMaster is built on. When I write about the strategic decisions facing GM, Toyota, VW, BYD, or Tesla, I'm drawing on direct experience with how these organizations think, spend, and decide.
The questions I focus on now are the ones that matter most: the EV transition, the software-defined vehicle race, and the capital and strategic gaps that will determine which companies lead the next decade and which don't.
