The follow-up to this week’s earlier post culminates in the announcement of the GM Cruise driverless, electric vehicle called Origin. Cruise CEO, Dan Ammann, describes Origin as being autonomous, electric, shared and a production vehicle. When actual production of Origin begins is unknown. And the timeline for GM Cruise to launch a robotaxi service is also unknown.
